Vyhr is a practice, no scrollable feed here. Built around your highly specific patterns

Nothing resets.

A vessel that fills as you go. We don't believe in streaks to protect or ranks to chase, just your own proof accumulating over time.

Two ways to show up.

The same practice with two sensory environments. One for when the world is just a bit too loud. (Try the toggle in the header.)

Stuck looks different
on everyone.
For the over-clocked.
"I'm constantly 'working on myself' but not having anything to show for it."

For the drifters.
"I'm a bundle of coping mechanisms."
tap to see who
For the ones who've tried everything.
"I want something that can't be charmed by me."
tap to see who
For the steady with one stuck thing.
"Everything works perfectly. Except that one, unrelenting part that doesn't."

How it actually works.
No shortcut, a different road altogether.

A mapping quiz.
We're not looking for a personality type here. These are questions designed so we find specifically which pattern is running beneath the surface.
R—02
A path, built for you.
A structured curriculum that begins exactly where you are. Not where someone else was.
R—03
Active Reprogramming.
Vyhr isn't about meditation or journaling. These cognitive exercises are designed to interrupt the pattern while it's running, and avoid retrospect.

Real research. No woo.

Built on cognitive behavioral research and the neuroplasticity literature that emerged from it1. Every ritual will directly cite the work it's drawn from. Because you should know exactly what's happening in your brain when you do this.

We believe understanding the mechanism is part of the mechanism.2.

A note

I built Vyhr because I needed it.

I tried everything. Affirmations, manifesting, podcasts, self-help books, mindfulness, literally all of it. And every single one made me feel like I was doing something but none of it touched the actual problem.

Underneath all of it was this one question I couldn't answer: why don't I believe I can do better? Why am I allowing myself to get stuck again.

That question is exactly what Vyhr is built around. Avoiding the feeling of working on yourself, and getting to the actual work.
